Shop Kustomz provides custom and pre-made transfers, including UV DTF and DTF transfers, along with other personalized products. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, No Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. No Returns & No Exchanges Policy
- All transfer sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on UV DTF transfers, DTF transfers, or any custom products due to their nature.
- Customers must review all order details before completing their purchase.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will assess a resolution.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on order volume.
- Shipping times are estimates only and do not include processing times. Shop Kustomz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Shop Kustomz is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
4. Custom Orders
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate designs, sizes, and specifications for custom orders.
- Shop Kustomz is not liable for errors in designs submitted by customers.
- No refunds or modifications will be issued once a custom order is in production.
5. Product Use & Liability
- Shop Kustomz is not responsible for misuse or improper application of transfers.
- Customers must follow application instructions for best results.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products on clothing, accessories, or other materials.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Shop Kustomz. They may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.
7. Pricing & Payments

- All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
