Shipping Time:
• Processing time: 3–5 business days
• Customized/Wholesale orders: 5–7 business days
• Shipping through USPS/UPS with tracking provided
Returns & Refunds:
• No returns on transfers, blanks, or custom items due to the nature of the product
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review
• Replacements or store credit may be issued depending on the situation
Order Issues:
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in USPS/UPS possession
• Incorrect address entry is the customer’s responsibility; orders will not be refunded for address errors
