Shipping Policy – Shop Kustomz

At Shop Kustomz, all orders are custom-made after order submission. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Orders may take longer to arrive due to holidays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: Up to 4 business days for processing.
  • Express Orders: Up to 3 business days for processing.
  • Rush Orders: Up to 1 business day for processing.
  • In-Transit Time: Starts when your order has been shipped and does not include processing time.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Once your order is shipped, you are responsible for tracking your package using the tracking number provided.
  • Shop Kustomz is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Customs, Duties, & International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other international charges.
  • Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Return Policy

All transfer sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any UV DTF transfers, DTF transfers, or custom items.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If Shop Kustomz is liable, a return label will be provided. If the issue is due to customer error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
