Q: What type of transfers do you sell?
We sell UVDTF transfers, DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, sublimation blanks, embroidered patches, 3D prints, and drop ship products.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! Bulk discounts and wholesale pricing are available. Please fill out the Wholesale / Bulk Request form on the website for approval.

Q: Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products (custom printing), we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures.

Q: How long is processing time?
Standard orders: 3–5 business days
Custom or wholesale orders: 5–7 business days
Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Q: What if my package is delayed or lost in the mail?
Once USPS/UPS has the package, delays are out of our control. For lost packages, please open a claim with the carrier. We will assist when possible.

Q: Do you offer drop shipping for finished items?
Yes, drop shipping is available. Fill out the form to get started!
